Branch office registration conditions
To begin, you must first appoint a Local Service Agent (otherwise called a National Service Agent). The Local Service Agent works with government authorities and departments to gain the necessary permissions on your behalf. The Local Service Agent might be an Emirati (a designation for a UAE native) or an Emirati-owned enterprise in the UAE.
You must also choose a business name.

- Memorandum of Association, Articles of Association, Certificate of Incorporation, and Certificate of Good Standing for the parent company,

- General Manager’s Power of Attorney,
